Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.

Quantum Logic reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect from the date of publication on the website.
