The challenge
In hospitality, security has to be invisible to the guest and simple for management. The Felix 10 needed reliable video surveillance and access control that worked without physical keys or manual processes.
The solution
We installed high-definition video surveillance in the relevant areas and a cloud-based smart access control system with RFID credentials. The whole operation was centralized in a single management panel.
The result
Management follows the building in real time, from anywhere. Credentials are issued and revoked in seconds, with no lock changes or lost keys, and the access history is always available.
