Smart home across 30 SOICIFIDE / ARTCONSTRÓI apartments: dimmable lights and cove lighting, blinds, AC, intercom, network and access via Home Assistant.
The challenge
The VIVA development in Montijo (30 units, SOICIFIDE / ARTCONSTRÓI) is sold with smart home from day one. That needs the same technical base in every unit: comfort automation, intercom, network and access, with a clear experience for future owners.
The solution
We are installing and configuring, in each apartment, lighting and blind automation, air conditioning, smart intercom, networking and access control, centralized in Home Assistant and aligned with the construction schedule. Every light, cove lighting included, is dimmable.
Expected outcome
Project in progress. Each unit is prepared for daily life: climate and lighting under control, integrated intercom and access, and phone-based management, with Quantum Logic support through handover and beyond.
