The challenge
In a 27-unit Jasfil residential development in Montijo, every apartment needs the same smart-home experience: day-to-day comfort, simple owner control, and building-ready infrastructure, without one-off setups per unit.
The solution
We are rolling out, apartment by apartment, a unified Home Assistant ecosystem: lighting and blind automation, air conditioning and radiant floor control, smart intercom, structured networking and access control. Installation follows the construction schedule, with inventory and handover documented per unit.
Expected outcome
Project in progress. The goal is to hand over each unit ready to live in: local and remote phone control, lighting and climate comfort, and integrated intercom and access, with ongoing Quantum Logic support.
